We feel CrossFit Threefold has helped Connor in many ways. He used to do physical therapy for his joint laxity, but now just goes to CrossFit. This has strengthened his core, helped with his coordination, his agility and overall strength. We have taken some of the things Connor has learned at CrossFit and applied them to the workouts he does at home, we even bought some of the equipment that was needed to do so.

My daughter is a multi-sport athlete. She was looking to build strength, endurance, and improve on specific skills to help with her sport. She has trained with Austin since September, twice a week, and she has grown in leaps and bounds. She is stronger, leaner, and more confident. She looks forward to her lessons each week. Austin has great communication, is highly motivated, and keeps us updated on her improvements. Our Foundations program is a formal education in the philosophy, principles, and functional movements of the CrossFit method of fitness. Before you attend your first CrossFit class, a Level 1 certified coach will take you through our three part Foundations course focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements while we teach you the basics and emphasize proper technique.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate CrossFit’s 9 Foundational movements, as well as review your range of motion and various scaling options to get you moving efficiently and safely. The goal is to prepare you for our group classes, by the end of the course you will know exactly what to expect so you can confidently walk into your first class. You will begin with a warm up with instruction and demonstration of the movements. Following the instruction portion, you will participate in a CrossFit workout of the day (WOD) followed by a cool down. We guarantee you will get sweaty and have fun!
We offer two different paths for Foundations, to include a Small Group option (4 member limit) or a Private 1-on-1 option. Once you complete our foundations course and feel competent in the movements we use daily you can graduate to our group classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
